Local Riders:

Horse Shows by the Bay and Dressage by the Bay will be hosting english "opportunity" dressage and equitation classes that are open to all.  These classes are held at the introductory level.

Riders are exempt from all USEF/USHJA/USDF membership fees which gives riders the opportunity to introduce themselves and their horses to a national level event at a reduced price.
